Instructions:
1. Cut out a large palm tree from the construction paper.
2. Glue a small strip of green construction paper to the top of the palm tree.
3. Cut out a few small strips of construction paper in different colors.
4. Glue the strips to the palm tree, making sure to stagger them.
5. Tape a few small pieces of construction paper to the back of the palm tree.
6. Use markers to draw a few leaves on the palm tree.
7. Paint the palm tree with green paint.
8. Let the paint dry.
